Privacy Choices & Account Data

Use the controls inside PlateThis to export your information, request account deletion, or choose whether to upload photos for cloud and AI processing.

Fastest path

Open PlateThis → More → Settings → Account.

Export My Data

  1. Open Settings

    In PlateThis, open More and select the Settings icon.

  2. Open Account

    Find the Account section near the top of Settings.

  3. Select Export My Data

    Follow the in-App instructions to request an export associated with your account.

Request Account Deletion

  1. Open Settings

    In PlateThis, open More and select the Settings icon.

  2. Open Account

    Find the Account section near the top of Settings.

  3. Select Request Account Deletion

    Review the consequences and complete the confirmation flow inside the App.

Deleting your PlateThis account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Manage subscription cancellation separately through your Apple account.

Photo and AI Processing Choice

Before the first photo-based upload, PlateThis asks you to authorize cloud and AI processing of the photos you choose. You may close that notice and continue without uploading, or choose not to use photo-based features.
