How do I manage an Apple subscription?
Subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment administration are handled by Apple. Open your Apple account subscription settings to manage a PlateThis subscription. Deleting your PlateThis account or uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
What should I include in a support email?
Describe the screen, feature, and action that caused the problem. If helpful, include the App version and iOS version. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, medical records, unrelated personal photos, or other sensitive information.
Can support confirm whether food is safe?
No. PlateThis Support cannot confirm safe doneness, freshness, allergen safety, or whether food is safe to eat. Use official food-safety guidance and seek appropriate professional or emergency help when needed.
