Certain features of PlateThis may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Subscription plans, pricing, billing periods, trial offers, and included features will be displayed in the App before purchase.
By starting a subscription or free trial in the iOS App, you authorize the Apple App Store to charge your Apple account according to the selected subscription plan and the applicable Apple App Store terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or as otherwise required by the applicable Apple App Store terms. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings.
If a free trial is offered, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period may be forfeited when you purchase a paid subscription, where permitted by the applicable app store terms.
Deleting your PlateThis account or uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription through the applicable app store account settings.
Refunds, cancellations, renewals, billing issues, and payment administration are handled by Apple according to its policies and applicable law. Sidao Tech, LLC does not independently determine or issue Apple App Store refunds.
Sidao Tech, LLC does not directly process your full payment card information. Access to paid features may depend on successful payment confirmation, subscription status, and entitlement verification.
We may change subscription features, pricing, or available plans from time to time, subject to applicable law and Apple App Store requirements. Any material change affecting an active subscription will be presented or communicated as required by applicable law and Apple policies.
Your use of PlateThis, including paid features, remains subject to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Safety & Disclaimer. A subscription does not change the safety, accuracy, medical, nutrition, allergen, or food-safety limitations described in those documents.
